revelations

*prologue

Two is an interpretation of one; one is the form of emptiness.

I just remembered I know absolutely nothing about today!

Living is the Book of Revelations.

*story

I was standing on a dune overlooking the sea and a flock of geese flew by my vision and I saw the moon for the first time in my life!

That moon was pale and gibbous, barely visible against the powder-blue afternoon sky, but its presence felt astronomical.

Suddenly I saw I didn't know the sea or the waves crashing on the shore or the narrow strand of beach or this height of a dune or me.

And these landforms became colors turned to patterns to energy, emptiness and I disappeared like a grain of sand in the silent wind.
